Follow step-by-step lab instructions in your own environment and track your progress.
Open your course
Navigate to My Learning and find the course that includes labs. Click the course card to open the full course view.
Go to the Labs tab
Inside the course, click the 'Labs' tab. You'll see a list of available labs with their titles and descriptions. Each lab is a hands-on exercise designed to reinforce what you've learned.
Select a lab to begin
Click on a lab to open its detailed instructions. Labs typically include multiple steps, each with clear directions on what to do in your own environment (e.g. a ServiceNow instance, cloud console, or local terminal).
Follow the steps
Read each step carefully and perform the described action in your own environment. Steps may include screenshots or reference images to help guide you. Work at your own pace — there's no time limit.
Mark steps as complete
As you finish each step, mark it as complete. Your progress is saved automatically, so you can close the lab and return to it later without losing your place.
Finish the lab
Once all steps are marked as complete, the lab is recorded as finished. Your instructor can see your lab completion status, which may count towards your overall course progress.
