Understand how live classroom sessions with multiple students are structured and how to participate.
Enroll in a classroom course
Browse courses on the Explore page and look for courses marked as 'Classroom'. These are group sessions where multiple students attend the same live class. Enroll and complete payment to reserve your spot.
Check the schedule
Classroom courses have set dates and times. After enrolling, go to My Learning → Sessions to see all your upcoming sessions. Each session shows the date, time, and duration.
Join the live session
When the session time arrives, the 'Join' button becomes active on your session card. Click it to enter the video room. All enrolled students join the same room with the instructor.
Participate with other students
In a classroom session, you'll see and hear the instructor and other students. Use the chat to ask questions, raise your hand, or share your screen when invited by the instructor. The instructor controls the flow of the session.
Access shared materials
Instructors may share presentations, labs, or quizzes as part of the classroom course. These are available in the course's content tabs (Presentations, Labs, Quizzes) within My Learning.
Confirm after the session
After the session ends, you'll be prompted to confirm that it went well or report any issues. Confirming releases the instructor's payment. If you have concerns, you can submit a report for our support team to review.
